My Wife has multiple gallblader stone, 1.5 year back it shows 4-5mm, now it shows 3-4, consult 4 to 5 doc they are saying to remove the gallblader and it is only solution, she has one day pain 1.5 years back when we discover this issue however after that she dont have pain, still she needs surgery pls advice ? any diet plan recomendebbale ?

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 17 years old. For the last 1 month she was suffering from a regular pain in her left waist area. We showed it to the local doctor, and then got some tests done as well. Few minor kidney stones were found in the USG examination report. The doctor recommended some medicines to us. It's been 15 days since eating this and its finished. The pain is not regular now but it happens in between. What do you recommend in this position now? Is there any good medicine by which the stone can come out after melting quickly. Plz suggest.

Hi Dr I am 51 year male, I work out 6 days a week strength and cardio and I am very careful about my food habits. I eat only home cooked food eating out occasionally. In spite of my healthy habits I often feel bloated after my food and my bowl movement is not satisfactory. I find it difficult every morning to pass stool.

Dear Doctor,I suffered an MI 12 days back. ECG Showed acute MI-I am a diabetic and hypertensive patient. I am male-61 years.On being admitted Drs did an ECH and Angiogram which showed no blocks.I was discharged on day 3 with medicines to be taken and after a week to meet Dr.Day before yesterday i met Dr,in OPD.he said yes it was an MI because of poor flow of blood to heart and reason is my habit of smoking. Now i feel better with occassional Short off breath and lil pain in chest at times.I am having Ecosprin gold at night,nikoran 5 in morning and night,cordadrone 200 in morning and contin uing glimisave m2-bd and zomelitis 50-500 after noon.Am i on right track-Any precautions other than no smoke npo drin k wakking 30 mts daily,health food,no oily stuff and red meat.please advise

Ma'm I am diabetic for the last 10 years. I regularly take Ryzodec insulin twice (26 units in the morning before breakfast and 14 units in the night before dinner). I also consume high power medicines on a regular basis. For a remedy, I go for morning walk of 40-50 minutes which also consists of mild jogging and running. I stay away from deep fried food/snacks, any kind of snacks. I drink tea without milk and sugar. My morning starts with drinking Chirata( twice a week) and Karela Jamun Juice (Regularly). But even after following this routine on a daily basis my sugar level doesnot come to a satisfactory level; it always stays high and my HbA1C is 9.6. Kindly guide me what to do?

My father is 88 years old...he has IBS since last 8 years. Last 6 months, along with IBS he has excessive gas issue which is leading to abdominal cramp, which is further increased drastically in last 2 weeks..I have consulted with gastro specialist 2 months back as well as ayurvedic doctor one week back....nothing abnormal found in investigation..As per them , due to age he has bowel movement problem. They has given some medication, which my father is regularly taking without no improvement. Pls also note that , my father's gall bladder also removed 12 years back..He is also on very restricted diet as per advice of doctor. Can you pls suggest for any improvement in the situation?

Hi Doctor, I am 52 years old male. I am hypertensive and on three medicines( Telmistran-D,Ln block 20,Nebicard 5 since last 15 years. I am not diabetic . My blood pressure some times goes high even with meds on and also remains in normal range with the same medicines.My weight is 86 Kg. I want to reduce these medicines.I remain gastric also.I have to take Pan D 15 days a month.My blood results, LFT etc are good. In the past I used to drink but since last 5 years it is nil or in moderation.I have a tendency to get stressed easily. Please help.

Hi, I am 61 yrs old. My HbA1C was 7.2 and fasting and PP were 130and 160, respectively. I am taking medicines for diabetes -Janumet 50/1000 twice daily morning and night and cardace 2.5 mg in the morning for BP for last 10 years. For last 8 months, I am on strict diet containing mainly millets, vegitable, fruits with high protein and fats. Due to this, I am able to bring down my HbA1C to 5.1 and fasting and PP are 92 and 97, respectively. Can I stop taking Janumet 50/1000 since my sugar levels are normal now ? Any precautions to be taken before stopping medicines ? Thanks

I am a heart patient undergone CABG in Nov 2004. Diagnosed one block 90% in one old operated place. Aged 63, going for walks morning/evening 5 kms each lasting 2 hrs in total. Am active and under medications, strictly being monitored. Weight 68 kgs height 170 cms. On medication for type-2 diabetes HBA1C approx 7.0. can you suggest any further action to bring down sugar level ? My lipids, RFT, LFT levels are all normal.
